My name is Daniel Parravano. My history on the UMASS campus spans more than a few years: I’m a double river hawk, and now I’m back as faculty. The course "ENTR 4890-901", which I co-teach with Prof. Vatalaro combines instruction with practical experience. The novel course reflects my passion for entrepreneurship and love for the culinary arts.
This project is born out of our belief that quality food should not be sacrificed in the name of convenience. In an effort to provide savory, quality food for our on-the-go academic community, we have found our very unique business. After hours is completely run by students!
As a triple River Hawk including entrepreneurship and engineering from UML, now teaching business classes as a faculty member. Fall 2019, I was presented with the incredible opportunity to co-teach the Student Run Business Restaurant - After Hours with Daniele Parravano. The endeavor is a result of his forethought and hard work identifying UML students wanting additional quality food options and need for a Manning School of Business student run restaurant. With COVID-19 the class is currently supporting the UML Navigators Food and Resource Pantry
